Making a reservation:
Click on submit, and complete the form. We will respond (usually within 24 hours) by e-mail.
• We require a 50% non refundable advance payment of the total booking
charge as a confirmation.
• The balance payment of 50% should be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
• All meals, transport and additional services must be settled at time of use.
We accept all major credit cards as well as payment through bank transfers.
Cancellations:
With a limited number of villas, it is not easy to move bookings around and extend or change or just cancel a reservation. While we always try our best to be easy going, there is the chance that we might not be able to accommodate your request.
No refunds will be given for unused rooms or cancellations
If the full payment is made to confirm. 50% will be refunded. If notified 4 weeks prier to the arrival date.
