Cottan Villa is located in Unawatuna, South of Sri Lanka, at 4 Km from the historical town of Galle and about 1 Km from Unawatuna Beach and its sheltered waters for swimming and an accessible coral reef for snorkeling. The three double bed rooms with en suite bathrooms with their individual designs, are separated from the rest of the house by a long pond and each of the bedrooms has a private access to the 2 acres garden. The high ceilings of the villa and the generous terraces with lounges allow a comfortable ventilation trough the whole year, but for the hottest nights, two of the bed rooms are equipped with a/c.

Villa Cottan is surrounded by a tropical garden with age-old mahogany, coconut an Cottan trees, ideal environment for colorful birds and monkeys.
